Surgical consults include a 1-on-1 photo review with Dr. Umstattd; a relaxed discussion about your specific areas of concern and aesthetic goals; an explanation of different surgical options with their anticipated results relative to your specific anatomy; a description of the anesthesia, surgical, and recovery process; and a review of all the risks involved. Surgical consults are $800, due at the time of scheduling, and are non-refundable. This amount can be applied to any surgical procedure you book with us.

Immediately following your consultation, you will meet with one of our Patient Coordinators. You can reserve a surgical date at this time by placing a 10% non-refundable deposit, with the $800 consultation fee applied. Surgery is typically scheduled out 4-6 months after the consultation. 

A preoperative appointment will be arranged four weeks prior to surgery (can be done virtually). At that appointment, surgery day details are reviewed, all necessary paperwork is completed, pharmacy and emergency contact information are reviewed, travel plans are confirmed, postoperative visits are scheduled, and the remaining surgical balance is due in full.

Included in your surgical pricing: surgeon fee, anesthesia fee, surgery center fee, postoperative supplies, and all postoperative follow up appointments.

In striving to provide the most value to each one of our patients, we also offer complimentary sessions with our nurses focusing on:

• All things nutrition for optimal wound healing. They will cover the basics of what nutrients to focus on, examples of foods to incorporate into your diet, and recipes that you can try at home during the healing phase.

• All things skincare to protect the investment you're making with surgery. Whether you want a simple and effective everyday skincare routine or a more advanced weekly routine, our nurses are able to tailor a customized routine for you and your skin type.

Following your consultation, you will wrap up with our Patient Coordinator to review your personalized surgical quote. You can reserve a surgical date at this time by placing a 10% non-refundable deposit, with the $800 consultation fee applied. Surgery is typically scheduled out 2-6 months after the consultation. Lastly, a preoperative appointment will be arranged four weeks prior to surgery (virtually if not local). At that appointment, surgery day details are reviewed, all necessary paperwork is completed, and the remaining surgical balance will be due at this appointment.

If both your consultation and preoperative visit occur virtually, patients are encouraged to arrive the afternoon before surgery for an in-person review session and physical exam with Dr. Umstattd. Surgery will take place the next morning.
