Surgical consults include a 1-on-1 photo review with Dr. Umstattd; a relaxed discussion about your specific areas of concern and aesthetic goals; an explanation of different surgical options with their anticipated results relative to your specific anatomy; a description of the anesthesia, surgical, and recovery process; and a review of all the risks involved. Surgical consults are $200 and non-refundable. This amount can be applied to any surgical procedure you book with us.

Following your consultation, we will review a personalized surgical quote with you. Surgery can then be scheduled based on your availability. Your surgical date is secured with a 10% deposit. Lastly, a preoperative visit is scheduled approximately four weeks prior to surgery. At that visit, all necessary paperwork is completed, final payment is due, and any additional questions are answered.

Included in your surgical pricing: surgeon fee, anesthesia fee, surgery center fee, postoperative supplies, and all postoperative follow up appointments.
