Before any surgical procedure, there are several in-office appointments and phone calls to ensure the patient is fully prepared for their treatment and recovery process.

Dr. Umstattd is available 24/7 and all patients are able to reach her via cell. Surgery and its postoperative recovery is a vulnerable process - we understand questions and concerns arise before, during, and after treatment. We are here to answer any and all questions and address any concerns that arise along the way.

All Inclusive

As part of our approach in providing exceptional care, we provide all medical supplies and prescriptions to patients necessary for the recovery process. Everything from instructions on wound care to wound cleaning supplies (gauze, q-tips, etc.) are given to patients to ensure they are fully prepared to care for things while at home.
